We repositioned a healthcare SaaS company from software vendor to a thought-leader and advocate for outpatient rehab — making physical therapy a first-choice treatment by turbocharging inbound marketing with high-value, voice-of-the-customer content.

The results.

140 original videos, webinars, case studies and podcasts drove 54% YoY revenue growth, an 88% lift in NPS, 135% more website traffic, 275% more leads, and a 233% larger sales pipeline.

The website needed to look less like a SaaS company and more like a media company.

Therapists are consumed with clinical reporting and claims payment. By taking those tasks off their plate, they’re free to refocus on the whole reason they chose the profession in the first place.

Automation was a game changer. But it also threatened office jobs. So for the biggest industry conference of the year, we went right at the tension by playfully telling attendees that automation could take over all the tasks they hated, not their job.
